How to estimate your project cost
One of the first questions asked when planning a dream home is “How much will my project cost?”.
A Viceroy home will cost approximately the same as a similar
high-quality construction. The Viceroy structural material package at
an average of $53 per square foot ($530 per s.m.), accounts for a
portion of the cost of a total construction. The remainder of the cost
being from other materials and sub trades (i.e. excavators, carpenters,
plumbers, electricians, painters etc.).
